Great Oaks Lunch Club Delicious homecooked 2 course meal, tea or coffee and a chance to meet new friends.
Time: 12pm - 2pm on the first and third Tuesday of every month

Gentle Chair Yoga is the class for you if you are new to yoga, want to increase your flexibility or have mobility/injury concerns. This is a gentle slow paced yoga class using chairs and props.
