You can find information about local sports activities at several websites, including:
 

• Basingstoke Voluntary Sports Council (BVSC), which is a voluntary sporting organisation with committee members representing the various major sports in the area. The Local Leagues and Clubs page of BVSC's website lists 137 local sports organisations, together with links to their websites or Facebook pages. 
   

• Energise Me, which is a charity that champions physical activity for all in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. Their website provides information about local sports organisations and activities. You can search by sport and location, or just scroll down to see a range of local activities.  There is also an interactive map, which shows local activities and prices.
   

• BBC Get Inspired, which provides information about local clubs and sessions for all levels of fitness.  There is also an A-Z activity guides list with additional information on every sport.
